Marina Checa Olivas

Graduate in Law and Business Administration and Management. Master in Development and Migration Studies and Master in Teacher Training in the specialty of Economics and Business.

Doctor in Economics. She is currently a teacher at the European University of Madrid in the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training and coordinator of the specialty module. Researcher at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC Rural Network). She has previously worked as a research teaching staff at the University of Granada in the Department of Applied Economics and as a collaborating professor at the Open University of Catalonia in Economics and Business Studies.

Research lines: socioeconomic analysis and regional development from a gender perspective and teaching innovation in the economics specialty.

Management and participation in international projects and teaching innovation projects, publication of impact articles, attendance at numerous national and international conferences, editor of impact magazines, tribunal and direction of TFMs.
